UW Stout - Fleming Hall

The renovation to Fleming Hall included an addition for new bath and shower rooms, elevator, and replacement of all finishes, windows, and M/E/P systems. The project was paid for entirely from student funding without utilizing taxpayer dollars.

The new Student Services Center provides additional opportunities to develop professional connections, make lifelong friendships, and participate in experiences that will better students for their careers.

The project is a renovation of two academic buildings both originally constructed in 1974. Work included demolition and replacement of all finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
