DBE & Minority Participation

In keeping with Immel’s core value of Community, we are committed to creating a diverse, safe, welcoming, and inclusive team of contractors for our work.  If you are a qualified small disadvantaged, veteran, women and/or minority owned (D/V/WMBE) business, we want to provide you the opportunity to participate on our construction projects.

Immel Construction’s number one priority is safety. We want our crews and subcontractors to go home better than they came to the job site. We will assist D/V/WMBE subcontractors with scheduling, so you always know when you need to be on site.  We will work to make sure our team is successful and help you grow your business.

Immel wants to assist our clients meet their goals for participation by small and diverse businesses.  Immel Construction solicits bids and contracts with qualified small disadvantaged, veteran, women and/or minority owned (D/V/WMBE) businesses for construction services.  To further our support for supplier diversity, the following are ways in which you can partner with Immel Construction on our projects:

  4. Your bid should include all costs (labor, material, equipment, etc.) to complete the scope of work and state any exclusions or clarifications.  It should also include any costs associated with bonds or insurance requirements.  Be sure to include any costs for alternate bid items and unit prices as described in the bid documents.  All bids shall be submitted to Bids@ImmelConstruction.com.
