Immel Construction strives to create an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation among all parties involved in a project. We believe in making design and construction a positive experience. We also believe that all parties involved in a project must know exactly what they need to do and when they must do it.

Steve provides managerial responsibility for our estimating department, coordinating multiple estimates simultaneously as well as review responsibility for multiple or large estimates. As our lead estimator specializing in retail construction, Steve understands the impact that a tight schedule can have on a project budget. When appropriate, Steve will make comparative estimates and provide value engineering on different types of construction to provide a client with multiple options. Steve also is responsible for negotiating and issuing contracts to our subcontractors and suppliers. By carefully reviewing bids and the requirements of the project document, he ensures that the scope of work for each trade is defined and within budget. Steve enjoys time on with his daughter on his boat, fishing in both Green Bay and Lake Michigan.
