Scope of Work

The project consisted of a complete renovation of the existing retail store, including the exterior entrances and façade, sitework, and parking. A 34,000 square foot building addition allowed for the expansion of the grocery department.

All work was completed while the store maintained its sales operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Immel Construction self-performed the carpentry and concrete on the project. Existing paving was ground on site and used as base course for new parking lot, and low-flow plumbing fixtures for water use reduction. The LED lighting used throughout the store operates 70% more efficiently than fluorescent lamps.

Immel Construction has recently returned to the East Green Bay store for the rebranding of the store inside and out along with updates to the store layout and online grocery pickup.
