Scope of Work

The four-story Home2 Suites in Grand Chute, WI, houses 104 guest rooms, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, various meeting rooms, and main floor kitchen, all possessing the hotel’s vibrant character. The extended stay hotel is surrounded by two outdoor patios, an asphalt parking lot, and generous landscaping.

Immel Construction served as the construction manager for the project and worked with the Owner and Architect during pre-construction to provide services including preliminary cost estimates, constructability review, and preliminary construction scheduling.
