The project is a renovation of two academic buildings both originally constructed in 1974. Work included demolition and replacement of all finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Wood Hall will feature 15 general classrooms equipped with the latest technology including computers, screens and projection systems. The second floor lecture hall of Rose Hall was renovated to seat 260 people.
Sustainable features of the project include low VOC finishes, construction waste management, day lit study areas, and indoor air quality management.
