About the Jewelers Mutual Project

Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company has been a longstanding client for Immel Construction. We have built several buildings on their campus, including a Fox Cities magazine "Lilies" award winner, and continue to provide them with construction management services.

Jewelers Mutual takes great pride in the appearance of its home office in Neenah, Wisconsin. Jewelers Mutual delivers many presentations for both the jewelry and insurance industries, local organizations, and to their agents. To supplement these presentations, every opportunity has been made to utilize the building as a showcase for the rare gems and pieces that they strive to protect.

Our work at Jewelers Mutual is a testament to teamwork. For our projects on their campus, we collaborated with the Owner‘s Architect to provide them with an integrated project delivery team capable of managing the intricate finish details required throughout the facility.

Additional Details

The 96,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters is a beautiful environment for employees and visitors, and includes a 300-person auditorium, meeting rooms, and a full-service café. The main lobby is welcoming and inviting for guests, and the R. Harder Gallery of Gems & Minerals is a great educational tool for clients of Jewelers Mutual.

300 tons of Lannon stone and Indiana limestone was placed in the lobby area, with each stone cut and numbered to fit a specific pattern.
