Oshkosh Ambulatory
The complete renovation for the Oshkosh Ambulatory Surgery Center on the adjacent side of the Northeast Wisconsin Vision Center facility has brought the Owner’s two operations under one roof. The Ambulatory Surgery Center now offers services like corrective and cataract eye surgeries.
Description
The 6,600 square-foot renovation included demolition to the existing space, installation of new underground plumbing and electrical, and construction of the 8 pre-operation and recovery rooms, 3 operating rooms, nurses’ station, consultation office, clean work and decontamination areas, and secure entrance and lobby.
Serving as the General Contractor on the project, Immel Construction self-performed the demolition, concrete, and casework for the project.
