Bellin Health Neuroscience Center
Immel Construction completed a significant renovation and buildout to transform the existing three-story Bellin Health facility into a modern space supporting specialized neuroscience care.
Description
The project included extensive interior demolition, a complete first-floor buildout, and renovations to the second floor. Existing first-floor spaces were fully gutted and reconstructed to accommodate new exam rooms, procedure rooms, clinical support spaces, and other patient-focused areas.
With healthcare services continuing throughout construction, careful phasing, coordination, and site management were critical to the project’s success. Immel developed a construction approach that maintained patient and staff access to the second and third floors while work progressed, helping minimize disruptions to existing operations. The project demonstrates Immel’s experience completing complex healthcare renovations where patient access, operational continuity, safety, and construction quality must remain priorities throughout every phase.
