Scope of Work
Immel Construction takes pride in our longstanding relationship with Menards created by our ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Immel has taken on over 30 new stores with Menards since 2000, and has completed over 100 projects with the nation-wide retailer.
The new facility includes a 158,400 square foot sales floor to house the store’s thousands of products and a 22,298 square foot Garden Center. The store also features a nearly 15,000 square foot special order area and 32,000 square feet of storage space. The facility is of the first Menards stores to be introduced to Kentucky, expanding the store’s reach outside the Midwest.
