Nature's Way

Green Bay, WI

Scope of Work

This project was a large-scale production facility for Nature’s Way, the preeminent brand of quality dietary supplements to improve consumers’ health and well-being. The development is the culmination of years’ worth of collaboration with the client over numerous projects at their existing facilities.

Immel served as the construction manager for this new 70,000 square foot facility, leading the client and design team through pre-construction budgeting, constructability review, and scheduling, as well as coordination with an overseas equipment supplier. Immel estimators, project managers, and millwright teams assisted the client in the earliest of decisions and planning including the decision to construct the West Bend Fleet Farm using a pre-engineered metal building system, ultimately saving time and money on the project.

The project required intense coordination to mesh the goals of the building construction with the requirements of the equipment being supplied for the client by a third-party vendor. Despite being a simple, yet elegant building on the outside, the interior spaces are filled with very technical and sensitive production equipment that was installed in pharmaceutical grade spaces.
