American Flexpack

As a growing manufacturer competing for workers in a tight economy, American Flexpack
hired Immel Construction to help provide them with a health and wellness area for their
production staff. The 3,300 square foot space consisted of an employee area including lunch and break rooms, outdoor patio, and toilet and locker facilities. The space doubles as training and company meeting space. The project also included 40,000 square foot manufacturing addition that increased their total facility to approximately 124,000 square feet.

One of our repeat clients, Immel has served as construction manager for American Flexpack’s manufacturing operation since the development of their original building in 2005. Immel also constructed a 40,000 square foot addition to expand their production capacity in 2007.
